Beautiful recreation bungalow on wooded park located opposite the beautiful dune row of Sint Maartenszee.


Bungalowpark Duinland is located directly behind the dunes about 900 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee. The park has several small playgrounds for children and a tennis court. Because the dunes of Sint Maartenszee are so elongated, you can reach the beach via a beautiful bike and walking path through the dunes. De Goudvis, a popular amusement park for children, is just a few minutes' walk from the park, as are several restaurants, trunk markets and braderieën in the summer.

Duinland XL is a combination of two vacation homes under-één-roof with a combined living area of about 100 m2. The XL accommodation is comfortable and spaciously furnished for 10 persons, but a stay with 12 persons is also possible. The two spacious, bright living rooms are furnished with a sitting area, flat-screen TV and radio/CD player. There are two spacious dining areas for a total of 12 people. In both houses the living room is adjacent to the open kitchen, which is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Each bungalow has three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with two single beds and ééone bedroom with a double bed. There is ample closet space.
The two neat bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, toilet and sink. From the living room and dining room you can access the sunny terrace where you can relax in the sun. Furthermore, Duinland XL has Wi-Fi, pets are allowed.

Duinland XL is a combination of the vacation homes Duinland 89 and Duinland 90 (there is no connecting door). Both vacation houses can also be rented separately for a stay with 5 to 6 persons.
