The spacious, bright living room features a cozy sitting area, a comfortable dining table, and opens onto the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. For a culinary evening, a teppanyaki grill and a fondue pot are also available. 

The upper floor features one master bedroom, equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. In addition, there are two smaller bedrooms with comfortable beds and closet space. On the upper floor, you’ll find a convenient restroom with a small sink. The spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor and includes a shower and toilet.

The green garden offers plenty of privacy and a lovely sunny terrace sheltered from the wind. Behind the house is a small, sheltered terrace under an oak tree, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning and which offers a pleasant shaded spot in the afternoon. 

There is also a separate shed on the property where you can easily store your bicycles and charge e-bikes. The cost of using the pool at Campanula Park is included in the rental price. You can park your car right next to the house. 

For hygiene reasons, this vacation home is smoke-free and pet-free, making it suitable for guests with allergies.
