Villa Duinvink features modern furnishings and high-quality finishes. The villa is ideal for families, as well as for multiple couples or extended families. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making the home exceptionally accessible for everyone.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is fully equipped. The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances. The luxurious living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, and through the French doors, you can step right into the garden where you can enjoy your own jacuzzi. Underfloor heating in the living room ensures plenty of comfort throughout the house.

This modern and luxurious villa has everything you need for a fantastic vacation, especially since the North Holland beach is just a few minutes away by bike. In the spring, you’ll be surrounded by bulb fields, and trips to Alkmaar or Texel are easy to make. You can even reach Amsterdam in under an hour. 

The home was built to be energy-efficient. Solar panels provide the energy needed. The home is gas-free and heated via a heat pump. This makes your vacation here extremely energy-conscious.

This beautiful and fresh-looking villa is located about 2 kilometers from the dune entrance to the beautiful, wide beach of Sint Maartenszee. A walking and biking path takes you through the wide row of dunes to the beach. 

Your beloved pet is more than welcome. At Duinvink, 2 dogs are allowed. The fenced-in garden allows your dog to roam freely. Parking is available right next to the house.
