An outdoor shower is hidden among the vegetation in the border and under a pergola. From the bungalow or from under the canopy you have a fantastic open view over the polder. The covered terrace is furnished with a lounge set and two sun loungers. A fixed barbecue with seating is available for your use. The sheltered garden with lots of privacy and numerous possible sitting areas has a natural hedge on one side and a wooden fence on the other side with an integrated garden house.

This bungalow is very tastefully decorated, fresh and cosy and has a living/dining room with open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and is equipped with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor is the living/dining room with central heating, a cosy seating area with satellite TV and stereo. A ceiling fan hangs above the seating area for a refreshing breeze. The open kitchen is equipped with the following appliances, among others: large fridge, dishwasher, combination microwave oven, induction hob (4 rings), cooker hood, toaster, sandwich maker, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine and kettle. The dining table with 3 chairs and bench seats 6 people. The living room has a sliding door giving access to the covered terrace and garden. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a sliding door and is furnished with two box-spring single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, hanging toilet and a washbasin with 2 washbasins. On the top floor, the second bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan, two box-spring beds (90 x 200cm) and a large built-in wardrobe.
The loft has a sofa bed that can be quickly converted into a double bed. A high chair and stair gate are available in the built-in wardrobe if required. A washing machine, freezer, combination boiler, pantry and wardrobe are hidden behind a sliding wall in the annex.

The bungalow park has a tennis court, swimming pool, trampoline and playground. You can also rent bikes at reception and discover the fantastic island of Tholen via narrow polder roads and outer dike cycle paths. The restaurant has a covered terrace where you can enjoy a bite to eat and a drink. Inside the central building, you can play billiards, darts or just relax by the fireplace. Take a boat trip to watch seals or visit the Delta Works and Neeltje Jans, go bowling or visit a museum. There are several shops (MCD, Albert Heijn, C1000, Lidl, Aldi), restaurants and entertainment venues in the area.

This bungalow was completely renovated in 2017 and located on 300 m² of private land. The walls of the bungalow have been bricked up with 100-year-old IJssel bricks, giving the bungalow a South European appearance. Pets are allowed.
