Relax in this luxurious double country house on the Kagerplassen with jetty for your boat and beautiful views of the polder with its windmills, birds and cows. Explore the beautiful waters of the Kaag and Braassem by boat, swim in the lake, cycle and/or walk through the beautiful adjacent bird meadow area.
The house has a sleeping and a living area separated by a small corridor. There are three bedrooms (2x2 pers with private terrace and 1x bunk bed), a bathroom and a kitchen/living with wood stove, four terraces, a private garden with relaxing chairs, egg BBQ and a picnic table. Each cottage has a berth for a boat, there are 4 cottages in total. Renting a sloop or sup is possible. The cottages are equipped with every luxury, from wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher to air conditioning.
There is a lawn to play soccer, a pizza oven and a trampoline. Furthermore, games such as Jeu de boule, Kubb and Croquet are available. Free parking and electric charging is available.
