This beautiful holiday home with its own mooring for a boat is ideal for a holiday with friends or family. The holiday home is cosy and luxuriously furnished and everything you need is there. Enjoy the large waterside terrace with a beautiful view over the Kagerplassen. The living room with open kitchen is fully equipped and offers enough space for 8 people. The house is wheelchair accessible

The island of Kaag is an ideal place to unwind. The surrounding area is great for cycling, including a beautiful 17 km route exploring the area via various ferries. The Kagerplassen is the oldest water sports area in the Netherlands and offers plenty of activities. Moreover, the Kaag is a very short distance from Keukenhof and cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague and Leiden can be reached very quickly.

Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted. If this is detected, the home owner/manager may, without discussion charge you 100 euro per day of stay
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
