The plot is rental land, the rental costs are about ¤ 3,900 per year. In addition, you will pay approximately ¤ 1,300 annually in park fees (including VAT). These are costs related to the provision of services, such as security, surveillance, garbage disposal, maintenance of green areas and roads. When purchasing the cabin you do not pay notary fees and transfer tax. Vacation park De Klepperstee offers excellent facilities, including an ecological swimming pond, a cozy bistro, several playgrounds and an animation team in the summer months. The park is open and accessible year-round, so you can enjoy your second home on the coast at any time. Rentals are allowed, for a maximum of 50 days per year and exclusively through the Klepperstee.
