Cosy and spacious 8-person vacation home in Wolphaartsdijk

The house is located near Wolphaartsdijk, right on Lake Veere. Wolphaartsdijk is a small authentic Zeeland village with a marina, restaurants and stores for your daily needs. In the immediate vicinity of the house you will find nature, water, cycling and hiking opportunities and of course the Veerse Meer with various water sports facilities and a number of catering establishments. A wonderful place for a weekend away or a week's vacation!

In this cozy house you will experience a lot of space. There is approximately 120 m2 of floor space where a large living room and four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. The open kitchen is fully equipped including a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, Nespresso and various kitchen utensils. In the sitting area is a large screen flat screen smart TV with Netflix about 50 DVDs, various books and games. Lovely to spend the evening after a nice day of vacation. The large dining table provides ample space for extensive dining or playing games. On the first floor is a bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor are three bedrooms, each with two single beds and a linen closet. The large bathroom houses a shower, a whirlpool tub and a double sink. There is a separate a toilet. In the generous utility room is washer/dryer combination.

There is a large garden and around the house a terrace which is partly covered. Here is a large outdoor table with eight chairs and a comfortable seating area. In the storage room at the side of the house there are several garden chairs and a large parasol. Next to the house is parking for two cars.
