Family House Oosterschelde, a luxurious five-star accommodation in Zeeland, can accommodate up to 48 people. Ideal for family reunions and care groups in beautiful Zeeland.

The accommodation has 14 bedrooms and each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There are 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and 9 bedrooms upstairs.

In the house there is a large catering kitchen with several amenities:
- 2 refrigerators
- 2 freezers
- Catering dishwasher
- Catering quick brew coffee maker
- Gastronorm hot air oven
- Microwave oven
- Sink island with 2 large sinks
- Cooking wall with 2 times 4 gas burners

The living room has several cozy sitting areas with reclining chairs and sofas. There is a large flat screen TV with several connection options. The loft has a reading corner and table football table.

In the accommodation at the entrance are 2 toilet groups each with 2 toilets and a sink.

There is a separate disabled toilet with extra space for wheelchair users and alarm.

Room 1 is a disabled room with a separate disabled bathroom. These rooms have extra wide entrances and the bathroom has a sliding door.

Outside you have access to a large terrace and walk from the garden in a few minutes to the Oosterschelde or Wemeldinge where there are also nice beaches. The accommodation has a large playground. Here children can have a great time with, among other things, a swing, sandboxes and playhouse.

Special notes:
A deposit of 500,- will be charged. This will be refunded (if no damage has occurred) within 10 working days via bank transfer.
For each additional person above the number of 30, an additional overnight fee of 15 euros per person, per night will be charged.

No youth groups are allowed in this property. This property is pet-free.
