This modern and comfortable vacation home sleeps 4 people and, in addition to being a vacation home, is also suitable as a place to work. The house is located in a natural setting overlooking the adjacent forest on a reed-covered waterfront.

The modern open kitchen opens into a cozy living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, electric kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, combination microwave and toaster.

The living room has a comfortable sitting area with 2 sofas and an atmospheric fireplace (gas fire) and is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. From the living room there is access on both sides to the adjacent terraces. 1 terrace with veranda on the sunny side and 1 terrace on the shady side.

There is free Wifi available in the house (500 Mbits). The living room is therefore also great to use as a workspace.

The 2 bedrooms are both furnished with a 2-person box-spring bed and spacious closets.

The bathroom has a spacious (rain) shower and there is a separate toilet in the hall.

The garden runs all the way around the house and has two terraces. On the sunny side (front) is a covered terrace with dining table, parasol and mood lighting in the evening. This spacious canopy allows you to sit outside even when the weather is not so good.

At the rear is a shaded terrace with picnic table. In addition, there is a large piece of grass to place the 2 available sun loungers or for the children to enjoy playing.

There is a spacious private parking lot at the house. For electric cars you can use the charging station at the park.

This house is extremely suitable for divers: the park is adjacent to the 5-star diving hotspot of Wemeldinge.

It is a smoke-free house.

Pets are not allowed.

The owner does not accept groups or youth groups.

Small, cozy, family-friendly, village, right by the sea, attractive harbor, 10 km northeast of Goes, 35 km east of Middelburg, 38 km west of Bergen op Zoom. All kinds of facilities in the place.
