The large guesthouse (70 m²) above a sculptor's studio is simple but equipped with all modern comforts. There are two single box springs, a luxurious sofa bed (160 centimeters wide, mattress 24 centimeters thick) and two modern bedsteads. The bathroom has a new walk-in shower, a separate toilet and urinal and is also equipped with a double natural stone sink.
