Attractive and spacious 2-person vacation home with terrace in Biervliet

This vacation home is located in the quiet village of Biervliet, a fine base from which to discover Western Zeeland Flanders. Within seven car minutes you reach the charming village of Hoofdplaat, which lies directly on the Westerschelde estuary. At low tide and rising tide you can even spot seals here from the dike.

In 15 to 20 minutes you drive to the cozy fishing town of Breskens, with its lively boulevard, marina and atmospheric Spuiplein full of restaurants. The atmospheric fortified town of Sluis is also nearby: in about 30 minutes you are among the numerous stores, cafes and restaurants. On Saturday mornings you can go to the local bakery in Biervliet for fresh rolls. You don't have to leave the village for a nice dinner either; there are some fine restaurants nearby. Explore the surroundings by bike! Various routes lead you along vast polders, creeks, the Westerschelde, a rose nursery, cheese farm and the surprising 'Petit Paris' in IJzendijke.

You have two private entrances: through the front door or around the back. If you enter through the front door, you step directly into the hall. Here you can hang up your coat and store your shoes. From the hall you walk through to the spacious, cozy living room. This is furnished with a comfortable sitting area, a coffee table, television and a cozy fireplace. At the back of the living room you will find a large dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen connects nicely to this and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle. Through the kitchen you reach the bathroom. This is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom is located on the second floor. You reach it via the stairs in the kitchen. The upper floor is furnished as an open sleeping area with a double bed (160x200), a linen closet and a cozy sitting area with two chairs and a table. The entire house has central heating. On hot days you can also cool the house with the air conditioning available. In the side street of the house you can park in a designated parking space.
