This cozy vacation home is furnished with all the comforts you desire during your vacation. The spacious living room with two sofas and a separate armchair offer plenty of space. There is a television with foreign channel package. The open kitchen with large dining table is fully equipped. For example, a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, oven, stove and microwave. In the adjacent utility room there is a washing machine. On the first floor is a large bedroom with 3 single box-spring beds and a large linen closet.From the hall, where a guest toilet can be found, you will find the stairs to the 1st floor. Here is a spacious bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds and a linen closet and a third bedroom with single box-spring bed and linen closet. The spacious, modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. In the stairwell hangs the air conditioning, so you throughout the house benefit from cooling. So enjoy space and comfort!From the living room you step onto the sunny terrace, fully fenced. Here you can enjoy the sun during breakfast or the last rays of sunshine at the end of the day. Parking is available for 1 car, with permit, in the general parking lot. At the rear of the house is a small terrace (not enclosed) where you can easily store bicycles.
