This beautiful and comfortable six-person vacation home is located in Zoutelande, in Walcheren. It is equipped with all comforts such as a smart television, washing machine, central heating and a fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been renewed.The house is located on the edge of a bungalow park just outside Zoutelande and has a large south-facing garden with a large and sheltered terrace with outdoor fireplace. It is very quiet and offers a lot of privacy. You also have a large private parking space. In the bungalow park itself there are several playgrounds for the children.Zoutelande is located on Walcheren and offers several facilities such as a bakery, restaurants, cozy terraces and in the summer several activities are organized. Within walking distance of the vacation home there is a large, new supermarket with ample parking. Walcheren is known for its beautiful nature and many beautiful walking and cycling routes which lead you through the beautiful landscape. Zoutelande is the only beach in the Netherlands that faces south and therefore has the most hours of sunshine. On the first floor you will find the living room which is furnished with a comfortable seating area and equipped with a smart television, CD player, fireplace, games, books and a stereo. The new open kitchen has a dining area, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, filter and Senseo coffee maker, combination microwave and four-burner stove. In the utility room there is an additional refrigerator with freezer and the washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and sink. The first bedroom is also on the first floor and has two single beds.The other two bedrooms are on the second floor and each also has two single beds. One bedroom is located on the mezzanine. All beds have a single comforter, waterproof flannel and pillow. Through the French doors you get access to a spacious garden with a large sheltered terrace. This is equipped with a fireplace, garden furniture with cushions and parasol. You also have a large private parking space. Next to the house there is a small shelter under which you can place bicycles.
