Cozy 2-person vacation home in the heart of Zoutelande 300 meters from the beach

This cozy vacation home is suitable for two persons and centrally located in the popular seaside resort Zoutelande. From this house you are within 300 meters on the beach with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. The area is therefore excellent for relaxation in the form of beach recreation and water sports. Also walking and cycling through the nature reserves in the hinterland are among the possibilities. For example, there are beautiful hiking and cycling routes along special farm stores and picking gardens. At 200 meters from the house you are in the center of the village of Zoutelande with several nice stores, cafes and restaurants. By car you are in a short time at all tourist attractions in Walcheren such as Domburg, Veere, Vrouwenpolder and the capitalMiddelburg.

Small but nice: that is this vacation home. You enter in the living room. Here you will find a double sofa with television and a compact dining table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, a Senseo coffee maker, a filter coffee maker and a kettle. On the first floor is also the modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here is a large bedroom with two single beds (80x200). There is also a dresser and clothes rack to store your clothes. Through the kitchen you can access the garden, which is facing south. The vacation home is located in the backyard of a house, but the garden is separated with a fence and therefore very private. There is garden furniture. Bicycles can be stored in the garden shed. A parking app allows you to park for free in the public parking lot.
