Welcome to Zoutelande! This picturesque Zeeland village is an ideal destination for anyone who loves peace, nature and of course beach and sea. The wide sandy beaches of Zoutelande are perfect for a relaxing day at sea. But it is also the perfect place for an active walk or bike ride. The wide promenade leads to the highest dunes in the Netherlands. Directly behind the boulevard is a lively center with terraces, stores and a wide choice of restaurants. Numerous events such as Jazz by the Sea, ring riding, the weekly summer market, the Zeeland Coastal Marathon and the proximity of several cozy towns such as Veere, Domburg, Vlissingen, Middelburg and Zierikzee make Zoutelande an attractive vacation destination all year round.

Located on a quiet street near the center, this vacation home is part of a detached house, a 5-minute walk from the beach and center. There is private parking right outside the door.

Upon entering, you will find the spacious living room with a corner sofa and a TV with international channels. The dining table with four chairs offers plenty of space to eat or play games. The open kitchen is fully equipped: a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee maker, Senseo, kettle and toaster. Also on the first floor is a storage room with washing machine and vacuum cleaner, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a large sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a closet and bedside tables. The second bedroom has two single beds with drawers and nightstands. You can easily get into bed because the beds are already made. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. On the terrace you can enjoy the sun almost all day in privacy. Bicycles can be safely stored and charged in the shed.
