Holidaying closer to the beach in a comfortable vacation home with a spacious garden is hard to find. From the house you are on the beach in a few minutes, where you can go to the beach pavilion for a refreshing drink or tasty snack. The elongated beach faces south and is known as one of the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. Large container ships, fishing boats and sailboats pass here. A nice view! At the campsite next to the house is a fine supermarket with a wide range, where you can go for groceries.The house is located between Westkapelle and Zoutelande. An ideal base for various trips and cycling. For example, bike along the dunes or on the seawall towards the famous seaside resort Domburg with cozy terraces. The attractive and historic city of Middelburg is also within cycling distance.

Upon entering the house you will immediately notice the bright living room. Because of the many windows this is a lovely bright place, which is also good to keep cool with the blinds around. The living room is furnished with a dining table and six chairs and comfortable seating area with sofa and two armchairs. Through the French doors you walk onto the covered terrace with patio furniture. A lovely place to have breakfast in the morning in peace and quiet or play a game in the evening. The modern corner kitchen is fully equipped and includes an induction hob, dishwasher and microwave. The house has three spacious bedrooms with two single beds. One bedroom is located on the first floor. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a balcony overlooking the dunes. The bathroom with walk-in shower and sink is on the first floor. Furthermore, there are two toilets in the house. The detached bungalow has a fine garden around the house. So you will always enjoy somewhere nice in the sun. There is space for two cars at the house.
