New: Energy neutral 6-person vacation home in the middle of Westkapelle, but quiet location

Holidaying in this new vacation home is optimal enjoyment. Within walking distance you will find the beautiful beach where you can enjoy walking, sunbathing or water sports. The dunes offer not only a magnificent view, but also beautiful walking and cycling paths.

The creek of Westkapelle is practically in front of the door and is a wonderful place for nature lovers. The center of Westkapelle can be reached within a few minutes walk. Here you will find cozy stores, a variety of restaurants and a café. The bakery and bike rental is around the corner. There is a Dike and War Museum which tells a lot about Westkapelle's past and is packed with events throughout the year.

Those who want to explore the area further can go in any direction. Domburg is just a few kilometers away and is known for its fashionable character, art galleries and cozy terraces. Historic Middelburg and picturesque Veere are also easily accessible and perfect for a day out.

A brand new, energy-neutral home is a wonderful place to vacation or enjoy a weekend away. Lots of light and space characterize this vacation spot. Through the side you enter the spacious home.

In the hall is plenty of storage space, a toilet and the bathroom. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washbasin. The house is heated and cooled by air conditioning.

The open kitchen has all the space and comfort you need. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, combi microwave, fridge freezer and quooker. A large dining table in the bay window is a wonderful place in the house. To start the day with coffee, good food or to play games after a wonderful day of vacation. The spacious sofa provides ample space for the television, with an extensive channel package.

On the second floor are three bedrooms and a toilet. The master bedroom has a large bed with adjustable single beds, bedside tables and plenty of storage space for clothes or suitcases. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet. The third bedroom a double bed with separate mattresses (70x200).

On the side of the house is a lovely sheltered terrace, where you can relax. From morning you can enjoy the sun here. There is an awning available if you prefer the shade.
