Historic National Monument for 13 people near the promenade in the center of Vlissingen

Looking for a cozy vacation home for up to 13 people on the coast? In Vlissingen you will find this historic National Monument right on the Bellamypark with several cozy restaurants and at the bottom of the Boulevard. This vacation address was built in the "Golden Age" and served at the time as a residence/warehouse. The property breathes the atmosphere of yesteryear, but was completely modernized and renovated in 2021. The property is located right in the center of Vlissingen with several fish stores and restaurants within walking distance. The shopping center, supermarkets, a cinema with seven theaters and reptile zoo Iguana are also located in the immediate vicinity. The Boulevards of Vlissingen are 100m from the national monument Havenzicht. Through the boulevards and further beaches you can take beautiful walks along the Westerschelde. Container ships nowhere sail so close to the coast as in Vlissingen. Through the window on the second floor you can see the passing ships.

This historic building is playfully arranged and has a basement, first floor and two floors.

A staircase leads to the basement. The height to the beams here is 193cm and the height to the plaster ceiling 200cm. Here there are two bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed (180x200) and one bedroom with two single beds. In the first bedroom there is a door to the underground room, where there is some terrace furniture for sitting outside. Furthermore, the basement contains a bathroom with bathroom furniture made from wreckage washed up in Vlissingen.

On the first floor there is a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, freezer and four-burner stove. In this living kitchen there is also a double sofa bed and dining area for six with smart TV (Netflix account available). Also on the first floor is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

The stairs lead to the second floor where a large kitchen is located. This kitchen has dishwasher, electric stove, large oven, additional combi-oven/microwave and freezer. In the kitchen there is a table with eight chairs and four additional chairs that can be added. There is also digital television in this room. From this living kitchen you have a beautiful view of the front Bellamypark with cozy restaurants and terraces. If you look to the right you can even see the sea. The bedroom on this floor has a bedroom with double bed (140x200cm) and a bunk bed for two persons separated by closet wall.

The living room on the second floor has a living room with three sofas, two of which are double sofa beds, and a smart TV with Netflix account. This floor has one spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm). Furthermore, on this floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

At the top of the property there is a sleeping loft which can be accessed by a steep staircase. In this sleeping loft there are three single beds.

It is possible to sit outside with the terrace furniture from the underground room. The land in front of the property (up to the stone blocks) belongs to the property.
