DE ZON IN STEE AAN ZEE, [THE SUN IN STEE BY THE SEA] in Serooskerke. Max. 4 people.
This beach holiday home is located in a very small park, near the most beautiful beaches in Zeeland! And next to the seaside resorts of Oostkapelle and Domburg.
Rentals are weekly during the summer, with a changeover day on Saturday. Last-minute bookings are also possible for a minimum of 3 nights.

This holiday home has been completely renovated!
It's on one level and ready to move in: a luxurious hotel suite. The kitchen is fully equipped!

Behind the house is an enclosed and partially covered terrace with a window in the fence overlooking the landscape beyond. There's a small BBQ and an outdoor kitchen.

This is the ideal spot for enjoying the outdoors in early spring. You're always sheltered from the wind and can enjoy sitting and dining outdoors. Patio heating is available upon request.

Garden chairs with cushions and two loungers with cushions.
An extra-large shade cloth is available upon request. A cot, baby bath, and high chair are also available upon request.

The house has large windows and French doors.
Two bedrooms have been converted into one with two electric beds measuring 90 by 2 meters.

The smaller bedroom has a single bed. Bunk beds for two children are available upon request during the summer.

The house is located on a car-free park that is very child-friendly.
There is a sports and play field in front of the house, and sports and play equipment is available in the shed.
There is a washing machine and dryer.

Parking is available directly behind the house.
There are several separate parking spaces for electric cars.

DOGS:
Dogs are allowed upon request only.
Upon departure, it must not be visible that dogs have been present in the house, terrace, or garden. Additional charges will apply.

* Dogs must not cause a nuisance.
* They must not be left unattended in the house.
* They must be kept on a leash in the park and are not allowed on the sports and play field. * Dogs must be walked outside the small park, and you must take anything your dog leaves behind with you, including on the beach.
* Owners must maintain good hygiene.

There are sections of beach where dogs are prohibited, near the boulevard in Domburg and Vlissingen, and near Vrouwenpolder on the beach in a nature reserve.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the beaches between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM from March 15th to October 15th.

The house is rented weekly during the summer, and the changeover day is Saturday.
Last-minute stays are also permitted for a minimum of 3 nights.

The rental consists of variable and fixed costs.
The fixed costs are:
+ administration costs, for park fees, and waste disposal.
+ rental of bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels.
+ Final cleaning costs for preparing the house. Extra attention is paid to hygiene, such as checking the filters of the extractor hood, dishwasher, dryer, and vacuum cleaner.
+ Wi-Fi & TV: €2 per night. This is currently separate because we cannot offer a discount on this.
+ Tourist tax: €2.50 per night.
+ Energy costs are calculated retroactively at the normal rate
and are subsequently deducted from the deposit.
The deposit is €200.
And for rentals of 3 weeks or more, it is €500.
The deposit is refunded after 14 days.

We make a provisional reservation for 1 day so that others cannot book.
Your reservation is only final after payment.
And by paying, you agree to the terms and conditions in the advertisement and in our emails.
After your payment, you will receive information about the house and tourist information from us.

This house is managed by several retired people, and everyone works for pleasure.
We will provide you with two phone numbers.
Sometimes the first number doesn't answer.
That's possible! These people may be at work or driving their cars.
They won't answer their phones in that case.
You don't have to wait; you can call the other number right away.

Arrival time is after 5:00 PM.
Sometimes you can arrive earlier, but you must request this in advance.
When you arrive at the front of the house, please call us to collect the house key and give us a short tour of the house.

Departure is at 11:00 AM.
Sometimes it's possible to leave later, but you must request this in advance.

Upon departure, we ask that you leave everything you've used tidy and clean.
And just before you leave:
Collect all laundry so there's no unnecessary washing.
Put the towels in the washing machine at 60 degrees Celsius.
We'll then put the towels in the dryer.
We also ask that you strip the sheets you've used.
This laundry will be collected afterward.

Please let us know when you're leaving so someone can come to the house!
