The living room has a cozy sitting area with flat screen television, DVD player and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, fridge / freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo, microwave, dishwasher and kettle.

There are two bedrooms which are both equipped with two single beds and a linen closet. One bedroom is behind a curtain, no door, so mainly suitable for children. The bathroom was completely renovated in early 2017 and is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also central heating and free internet.

Outside you have a covered, furnished balcony and you can use the shared, green-fenced garden and garden furniture which are there. You have your own parking space. For the children there is a slide and a playhouse for a whole day of fun. There is also a common storage room for storing your beach gear and bicycles.
