Centrally located on the Zeeland coast, you will find this recently completed split-level house, quietly situated in the shelter of the village: the perfect place to completely unwind and enjoy all the beauty that the region has to offer. Within ten minutes, you can walk through the dunes to the beach. Enjoy long days at the beach or take an evening stroll with a view of the most beautiful sunsets. Dishoek is an idyllic, small-scale beach village. There are three restaurants with terraces on the central square. There are cozy beach pavilions on the beach. The nearby seaside resort of Zoutelande has a lively main street with various shops and restaurants. In the nautical town of Vlissingen, the largest container ships sail right past the boulevard, and in Middelburg, you can enjoy shopping and soak up the culture.Upon entering, you will immediately notice the warm and open character of the house. The living room is attractively decorated and the open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a television and, if desired, the owner can provide you with a projector for a cozy movie night. The two bedrooms are located in the basement. Because this floor is partly below street level, the rooms remain wonderfully cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. With the air conditioning, you can easily set the temperature to your liking. One of the bedrooms has a luxurious Serta box spring, the other room has a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Behind the house is a sheltered private terrace, a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. In the summer, a heated swimming pool is installed free of charge, so you can cool off on hot days. You can park your car right next to the house.
