Right on Lake Veere with a private dock and towns like Middelburg and Veere just around the corner. This beautiful area is also the perfect spot for long walks and bike rides.

This villa has been furnished with great care and comfort for 8 people and spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The living area and kitchen are located on the first floor. It’s the perfect location for a relaxing vacation in a stunning setting. 

The entrance leads to four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an in-room bathtub. It also has a modern en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Two other bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV. The remaining bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses. Both the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have direct access to a spacious terrace with sun loungers, comfortable seating, and a view of the water.  

Upon arrival, the beds will be made for you with luxury bed linens, and a package of luxury bath linens will be ready for everyone. In the hallway, there is a modern, contemporary bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, and there is an additional guest toilet.

The bright and stylishly decorated living room is located on the first floor of the villa. The living room features a cozy sitting area with a Smart TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a breathtaking view of the water. From the living room, you have access to the terrace with a large round dining table and a built-in barbecue. The perfect spot for long summer evenings while enjoying delicious food and a good glass of wine. 

The cozy, luxuriously appointed kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. These include a double refrigerator with freezer and a double combi oven-microwave. There is also an induction cooktop with integrated exhaust hood and a dishwasher. For coffee and tea lovers, there is a coffee bean grinder, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a Quooker. 

At the private dock (Length: max. 7 meters. Draft: max. 1.5 meters) , you can moor your own boat and set out onto Lake Veere at any time for a day trip to Middelburg or the picturesque town of Veere. On the dock, you can enjoy a late-evening drink at sunset while overlooking Veere from the comfortable lounge set , all while warming up by the fire in the fire pit.

The villa has a private parking area for several cars and a charging station for your electric car. You can store your bicycles under the covered area. 

In the separate laundry room on the ground floor, a washing machine, dryer, and accessories are at your disposal. A crib and high chair are also provided as standard.

Your pet is very welcome in this villa! The garden is fully fenced and therefore very suitable for your pet.
