On the first floor the house has a PVC floor. Here you will find the cozy living room which includes a sofa and armchair, cable TV and DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, freezer and kettle.Furthermore, on the first floor is a toilet and a bathroom which is equipped with a shower and sink.The second floor can be reached via the spiral staircase, here you will find the two bedrooms both with two single beds. Furthermore, there is central heating, free internet and a crib.Outside you have a private front and back garden with terrace equipped with garden furniture. For the children there is a common playground with trampoline, slide and swings. There is also a common shed with games and books. Here you will also find a microwave, washing machine, high chair and playpen. There is also a bicycle shed and ample parking for your car.
