A few minutes' walk from the house is a good restaurant with a cozy terrace, you can rent bikes, order breakfast or join the menu of the day on weekends. Daily shopping can be done in the quaint seaside town of Brouwershaven. The house is a stone's throw away from Lake Grevelingen and historic Zierikzee.

On the first floor you enter the house through the hall where there is also a separate toilet. Here you will also find the utility room with washer/dryer and all kinds of kitchen appliances. The house has a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa and armchair, television, dining area and a cozy fireplace. The open kitchen includes a large stove, dishwasher, kettle and Nespresso machine.The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. One room has a double bed with bedside tables and clothes storage. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90x200 cm), also with bedside tables and clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall, sink and vanity unit. There is also a separate toilet on the floor.The garden has several seating areas, Weber gas barbecue and meditation place. The garden is surrounded by a hedge and offers a lot of privacy. In the garden is also a vegetable garden with various vegetables and herbs and there are a number of fruit trees, which you may enjoy. There is a parking space on private property. On the general parking lot a second car can be put and there is a double electric charging station.
