Spread across two floors, the home is fully furnished with everything you need for a hassle-free holiday. The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it easy to dine in. The ground-floor bedroom features a cozy double bed setup, and the two upstairs bedrooms each offer twin box-spring beds—perfect for restful nights. There’s a bathroom with a tub or shower, a separate toilet, and handy extras like a washing machine and stair gate.

As of April 1st, please note that the swimming pool, catering facilities, Fun & Entertainment, and Sports & Games are no longer available. While the reception and bike rental remain open, the on-site supermarket now operates with adjusted hours: closed Monday through Thursday, open Friday from 13:00 to 18:00, and Saturday/Sunday from 08:00 to 13:00. Please be advised that restaurant reservations are only possible up to and including April 1st, and an updated floor plan has been provided to reflect these changes.

For groups (such as groups of friends), young people and last-minute bookings, a deposit of € 300 / 500 may apply.
For bookings, other than families, an additional deposit of €250 / per stay may be charged. The deposit will be collected upon arrival.
