This luxurious water villa for 8 people has recently been completely renovated and is located in the Aqua Village park in Kortgene, right on Lake Veere.  

This is a favorite spot for any water sports enthusiast. The villa has its own dock, making it ideal for a boating vacation. With the Delta Marina just around the corner, you’ll have everything you need as a boat owner.

The villa’s entrance leads to four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on the ground floor. A spacious wellness bathroom with a whirlpool and steam cabin, and a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink. A washing machine is available in one of the bathrooms. There is also a guest toilet.

The staircase in the entryway leads to the first floor of this luxury vacation home. From the stylish, bright living room, you have a fantastic view of Lake Veere. There is a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV, a dining area for 8 people, and a charming wood-burning stove. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including a combination microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a dishwasher. 

From the living room, you have access to the recently renovated and spacious sun terrace with comfortable patio furniture and a sweeping view of Lake Veere. Here, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset until late in the evening. From the balcony, the spiral staircase on the outside of the house leads to the beautiful garden with its own dock (1.80 meters wide, maximum boat length 9 meters). Since the house is located directly on the water, we recommend bringing a life jacket for children.

There’s plenty to do around Lake Veere! Rent a (sailing) boat and sail from your own dock to one of the many uninhabited islands in Lake Veere, get active on the water ski course at Schotsman Watersport, or take a walk through the beautiful De Schotsman nature reserve. Prefer a day at the beach? The North Sea beach is just 10 kilometers away. This perfect location makes the park a true paradise for families with (young) children, active vacationers, and water sports enthusiasts.
