This modern, charming home with its own dock boasts a unique location! It offers breathtaking views of the lake and the town of Veere. The terrace borders the shores of Lake Veere and is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and two lounge chairs. From here, you can walk straight to the water. The swimming area, surfing, and sailing spots are literally right outside your door. Every season here has its own charm. Due to the dynamic interplay of weather and wind, sun and shade, and the ever-changing character of the water, the colors of the lake and the sky can shift within just a few hours. You can cycle to the North Sea beach in 15 minutes.

From the living room and open kitchen, you have a panoramic view of the lake and the old town of Veere. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, large refrigerator, a combination microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine .  There is an extra freezer in the storage room. The entryway features a guest bathroom and a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The bedroom on the lake side has twin beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, offering a panoramic view of Lake Veere and the town of Veere. One bedroom has two single beds, and the bedroom on the marina side has a double bed. Upstairs is a second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is a parking space in front of the house.
