Located in the heart of the Schotsman nature reserve and right on the water, this exclusive apartment features a rooftop terrace, a private dock, a boat ramp, and a swimming ladder. Experience the vibrancy of Lake Veere and enjoy the most beautiful view in Zeeland. Here, you can spend the whole day—both indoors and outdoors—enjoying the water skiers, wakeboarders, passing boats, and the changing colors on the rippling water with the setting sun in the background. This modern home has a spacious living area of 260 m² and is furnished for 12 people. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast, but also an ideal base for a relaxing vacation.

This luxury group accommodation consists of an adjacent penthouse and apartment. A door connects the two apartments. In total, this accommodation offers access to four spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. There are also four spacious bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, shower, sinks, and toilet, as well as a wellness area with an infrared sauna where you can relax after a full day on the water. There are two tastefully decorated living rooms equipped with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. Thanks to the many windows all around, the view from the living rooms and kitchens is endless. From the living rooms, you also have access to the lovely south-facing sun terrace, where you can enjoy the view until late in the evening. There are two modern kitchens, one of which features a kitchen island. The apartments are equipped with various built-in appliances, including 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, and 2 microwaves, as well as a filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, and Nespresso.

There is ample parking for several cars at the apartment. A charger for your electric car is also available (upon request and for a fee).

When you book a vacation in one of the Schotsman Watersport apartments, you’ll be surrounded by the natural beauty of diverse flora and fauna in the wooded Schotsman nature reserve and the stunning water paradise of Lake Veere. You’ll be staying above the water sports center, where you can also store your water sports equipment for free. Amenities such as a supermarket are just a 5-minute walk away. Below the apartments is the restaurant Beau4, featuring a large terrace !


This vacation home is available exclusively to family groups. Non-family groups are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the park. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group gatherings of a festive nature is not permitted. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only accepts reservations from individuals who are 30 years of age or older. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 30 are therefore not legally valid.
