This modern apartment is located on the first floor and is furnished for 4 people. The entrance leads to two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom featuring a double sink and a shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. Upon arrival, we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you and that towels are provided . 

The spacious and stylishly furnished living room features a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV. From the living room, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Kamperland marina and the surrounding countryside. The spacious, luxuriously furnished kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room with a separate freezer, washing machine, and dryer.

The apartment features a spacious terrace with various seating options and garden furniture. From the terrace, you can enjoy a breathtaking view.   
 
This luxury apartment comes with one private parking space. You can store your (electric) bicycles in the garage unit beneath the apartment. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which can also provide some cooling in the summer. This is particularly nice, as the terrace faces southwest.
