Sail from your villa toward freedom, dock at the picturesque town of Veere or one of the uninhabited islands in Lake Veere. Or simply enjoy the tranquility while watching the sunset over the lake.

Completed in 2020, this highly energy-efficient villa is truly a sight to behold! You enter the home via a large staircase at the front. The spacious entryway leads to the luxurious, open-concept kitchen, equipped with all the modern, high-quality appliances you’d expect. This includes a large stovetop and a bean-to-cup coffee machine (coffee beans not included). At the spacious dining table, you can enjoy a delicious meal with your guests late into the evening, or how about an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun? On this floor, you’ll also find a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest restroom, and a walk-in closet.

The staircase leads you to the first floor, which features a guest restroom and living area. The living room is furnished with luxury furniture, a wood-burning stove, and a TV. Here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bustling marina and Lake Veere. This view never gets old! The wide sliding doors connect the indoors with the outdoors and provide access to the second terrace with a lounge set. On this floor, you’ll also find a double bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. Waking up to this view and stepping right out onto the terrace through the sliding doors—there’s no better way to start the day.

The basement features three additional double bedrooms and a separate bathroom with a toilet. One of the bedrooms in the basement has an en-suite bathroom. There is also an indoor garage with a washer and dryer. The icing on the cake is the lovely garden with a private dock and south-facing terrace.

This vacation home is available exclusively to family groups. Non-family groups are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the park. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group gatherings of a festive nature is not permitted. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only accepts reservations from individuals who are 30 years of age or older. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 30 are therefore not legally valid.
