From the entryway, steel doors lead to the living room, which features a sitting area, a smart TV with international channels, and a Sonos sound system. The fireplace (propane gas) adds extra ambiance and coziness in the evenings.

The living room adjoins the luxuriously appointed kitchen, which features a cooking island with two seats offering a view of the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances, including an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, a Nespresso coffee machine is available. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a leisurely meal or get some work done.

The folding patio doors open fully and provide access to shaded outdoor areas and sunny terraces. The covered terrace features a large patio table and two lounge chairs. Because the concrete poured floor flows seamlessly from the living room and kitchen into the terrace, it creates one large open space. What a delight to enjoy nature and the tranquility here.
