This charming detached villa for 10 people is situated on a spacious lot in Park De Schotsman. Thanks to its convenient location, you can be in the water within a minute. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast. This small, sheltered park, surrounded by greenery, is a perfect base for both an active and a relaxing vacation. The North Sea beach is just a short distance away.
 
Upon entering the villa, the entryway with a guest restroom leads to the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The spacious living room, featuring two separate seating areas and French doors opening onto the terrace, is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV with digital TV and international channels. The cozy open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven , microwave , dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, along with a cozy dining area. The storage room , which houses an additional fridge-freezer, washing machine, and dryer, also has space for your bicycles.  

On the ground floor is a particularly spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and French doors opening onto the south-facing garden. The large bathroom features a double sink, bathtub, and separate rain shower. From the entryway, a staircase leads to the upper floor.

The fenced-in garden offers plenty of privacy and is ideal for children and pets, and there are three parking spaces at the villa.

This vacation home is available exclusively to family groups. Non-family groups are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the park. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group gatherings of a festive nature is not permitted. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only accepts reservations from individuals who are 30 years of age or older. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 30 are therefore not legally valid.
