Brand-new 6-person vacation villa on the shores of Lake Veere.

The house has two floors. On the first floor is the bright and spacious living-dining room with a log dining table and a new, modern kitchen. The living room features a flat-screen TV with various German-language channels, a sofa, and an armchair. The central Swedish stove, which radiates wonderful warmth, creates a cozy atmosphere on colder days. For warmer days, you can use the air conditioning. Cooking is a pleasure in this kitchen! The fridge-freezer, the stovetop, the large oven with microwave function, the dishwasher, and the Nespresso machine are at your disposal to treat family and friends to culinary delights.

Step out from the living room onto the 16 m² balcony and enjoy the sun and the fresh Zeeland air in the comfortable, adjustable lounge furniture. Of course, you can also enjoy your meals on the balcony, from breakfast to the last glass of wine.

On the ground floor, right next to the entrance, is the laundry room, which features a new washing machine and dryer.

There are 3 cozy bedrooms, with 2 featuring a double bed and 1 featuring 2 single beds. There are 2 modern bathrooms, each with a shower/rain shower and toilet. The larger bathroom also features an infrared sauna. This is perfect for warming up after a windy day in Zeeland.

Outside, a sunny balcony and a sheltered garden await—ideal for leisurely breakfasts, quiet reading hours, or balmy summer evenings. And Lake Veere is practically right at your doorstep, perfect for spontaneous walks along the water, SUP trips, or just a short stroll.

In just 2 minutes, you’ll be at the shores of Lake Veere, where you can swim, stand-up paddle, or surf. Enjoy the panoramic views and the sight of the beautiful town of Veere!

There is parking for 2 cars next to the house.
