This penthouse is located on the third floor and is furnished for 4 people. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The master bedroom features a private toilet and portable air conditioning. Upon arrival, we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you and that towels are provided . The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and double sink. There is a separate guest toilet in the hallway.

From the hallway, you walk into the spacious living room, where the breathtaking view of the Kamperland marina immediately greets you. The comfortable sitting area is equipped with a Smart TV with international channels. In the armchair by the window, you can unwind with a good book or simply relax by the cozy electric gas fireplace. From the living room, you have access to the spacious south-facing balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the expansive polder landscape well into the evening.

The open kitchen is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances, including an induction cooktop, a combination microwave, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the storage room , a washing machine, dryer, crib, and high chair are at your disposal. The indoor storage area has space for your (electric) bicycles. Your pet is welcome in this penthouse.

There are two Ecotap charging stations available in the Résidence Marina parking lot and in the marina’s general parking lot for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used for a fee via a charging card.
