Situated in a beautiful location and adjacent to De Oosterschelde National Park, this charming and modern double vacation home features a sunny terrace on the southwest side. This vacation home is equipped for 6 people and is located in the second row from the water. A unique feature of this home is the living room, which is located on the first floor, offering a stunning view of the marina and the Oosterschelde on one side and the vast polders of Noord-Beveland on the other. In the summer, the bedrooms on the ground floor remain pleasantly cool. The house is situated in one of the quietest spots in the park and offers not only the perfect location for a relaxing vacation but also for an active one.

The house has 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Luxurious Ecodown duvets provide extra sleeping comfort. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is equipped with two single beds, and the third with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a double sink, toilet, and rain shower, and another with a sink, toilet, and rain shower. There is also a separate guest toilet on the first floor.

The staircase leads you to the beautiful living room. There is a large digital flat-screen TV with SMART TV and additional German TV channels, a radio-CD player with USB and Bluetooth functionality, and a Qi charging station for your mobile phone. In addition, there is an extra-large balcony with comfortable garden furniture, a parasol, and two lounge chairs. Here you can enjoy an endless view of the water after a wonderful day at the beach, until the sun sets.

The open kitchen offers amenities such as a combination microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Coffee lovers, in particular, will get their money’s worth and can choose from a Cafissimo coffee machine (capsules), a Senseo coffee maker (coffee pods), and a drip coffee maker. A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are available in the storage room. For those long summer evenings, the garden features a picnic table with benches and a large barbecue.

When you spend your vacation at this park, you won’t need a car. The park offers amenities such as a small supermarket, a restaurant, and even a subtropical water park (for a fee) with water fun for the whole family. The fine sandy beach is just a few minutes’ walk away.
