Because the living area is on the upper level, you have a panoramic view of the vast, colorful farmlands of Noord-Beveland from the living room and the balcony.

The entrance to the home leads to three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with two single box-spring beds and ample closet space. There are two bathrooms: one with a rain shower and toilet, and one with a shower and sink. There is a separate guest toilet. From the hallway, the staircase leads to the living area on the upper floor. The neat living room features a flat-screen TV with digital channels and international packages, and also opens onto the spacious balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with modern built-in appliances, including a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the utility room.
