This unique detached villa for 8 people is situated on a spacious 640 m² lot, in the second row of De Schotsman Park. Here, you can spend the whole day enjoying the sight of passing boats, both indoors and outdoors, as well as the changing colors on the rippling water with the setting sun in the background. Thanks to its convenient location, you can be standing in the water within a minute. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast. This small, sheltered park, surrounded by greenery, is a perfect base for both an active and a relaxing vacation. The North Sea beach is a short distance away. The spacious driveway can accommodate several cars.

The entrance to the house leads to four bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds (1.80 m), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and one bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m). There are two spacious, modern bathrooms, one with a shower and double sink, and another with a shower, sink, and toilet. There is a separate guest toilet.
