The terrace is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, and you can enjoy a heated terrace thanks to the patio heater.

From the entryway, you have access to the cozy living room with a sitting area, a flat-screen TV with international channels, and French doors leading to the terrace. The modern, open kitchen is equipped with an oven-grill, a Nespresso machine, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining table for 6 people is perfect for hours of dining.    

The home has three bedrooms. One of them is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower in the tub, a sink, and a toilet.
