The property is within walking distance of Banjaard Beach, but you can also relax in the spacious garden surrounding the house. The perfect base for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

The home features a stylishly furnished living room with plenty of natural light and sliding doors that open onto the spacious garden, where you can enjoy the outdoor fireplace in the evenings or after a long walk on the beach, or relax on the terrace with comfortable garden furniture. There is also a stone barbecue. 

The living room, featuring a luxurious open kitchen, is fully equipped. There is a comfortable sitting area with a wood-burning stove, and the open kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-quality appliances. Here you will find, among other things, a fridge-freezer, convection oven, combination microwave, kettle, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machines, and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom; two of the bedrooms have twin beds, and one has three single beds. The bathroom features a bathtub, double sink, toilet, shower, and a spacious sauna for 4 to 5 people.

The home has an indoor storage room and, adjacent to the kitchen, an additional storage room with a washer, dryer, and an extra refrigerator. At the front, you can park 3 cars in the private parking area.

This vacation home is available exclusively to family groups. Non-family groups are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the park. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group gatherings of a festive nature is not permitted. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only accepts reservations from individuals who are 30 years of age or older. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 30 are therefore not legally valid. An exception to the general terms and conditions, as stated on our website, applies to this specific property.
