This luxurious detached bungalow with a spacious garden was completely renovated, modernized, and expanded in early 2025. The property is situated on a public lawn, right in the heart of Ruiterplaat Park and within walking distance of Lake Veere. A perfect location if you’re a water sports enthusiast or nature lover, but also if you’re looking for a spot for a relaxing vacation. The home sits on a spacious lot with a sunny south-facing terrace featuring comfortable patio furniture, where you can unwind in the evening and reflect on a day on the water. The spacious driveway accommodates two cars.

The home is luxuriously and modernly furnished to accommodate 8 people. There are four spacious double bedrooms with comfortable beds ( 3 double beds 1.80 x 2.00 m and 2 single beds) and two luxurious bathrooms. These are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer. There is a guest toilet near the entrance.

From the hall, you have access to the spacious, cozy living room, which features a large flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels and a cozy fireplace. Rain or shine, you can always enjoy your vacation in a cozy atmosphere here.

The brand-new, spacious kitchen is designed in a rustic style. The kitchen is equipped with luxury built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, multifunctional oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Extra comfort has also been considered; for example, there is an air fryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric hand mixer, and kettle available. There is a washing machine in the utility room. There is also a garden shed with a section where you can store your bicycles.

When you book a vacation at this vacation park, you are guaranteed peace and space. Facilities are located a 5-minute walk away at the nearby campground, including a small shop and a restaurant, as well as a surf and sailing school where you and the children can participate in a stand-up paddleboarding or windsurfing clinic, for example. Larger supermarkets such as AH and Aldi are a 10-minute drive away.
