From beneath a covered exterior entrance, you enter a large, bright foyer with a guest restroom.

From the foyer, you reach the living room with a sitting area and smart TV. The gas fireplace adds extra ambiance and coziness in the evenings. The living room adjoins a luxuriously appointed kitchen with a cooking island featuring a sink with a Quooker faucet , an induction cooktop with an integrated exhaust hood, and a dishwasher. On the wall are a spacious refrigerator, two combination microwaves, an oven, a wine cooler, and a coffee and tea corner. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining table where you can enjoy a leisurely meal or get some work done.

The lovely, spacious covered terrace, measuring no less than 115 m² (30 m² of which is covered), adjoins the kitchen and living room. The living room, furnished with pieces by Muuto and Vincent Sheppard, among others, offers a wide view of the outdoors through a corner window approximately 15 meters wide. The front facade opens completely, allowing indoor spaces to seamlessly transition into shaded outdoor areas and sunny terraces. Inside is outside. This vacation home is available exclusively to family groups. Non-family groups are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the park. Organizing club outings, student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and other group gatherings of a festive nature is not permitted. Ruiterplaat Vakanties only accepts reservations from individuals who are 30 years of age or older. Reservations made by individuals under the age of 30 are therefore not legally valid.An exception to the general terms and conditions, as stated on our website, applies to this specific property.
