Located in the heart of the Schotsman nature reserve and right on the water, this exclusive apartment features a rooftop terrace, private dock, boat ramp, and swimming ladder.  Experience the vibrancy of Lake Veere and enjoy the most beautiful view in Zeeland. Here, you can spend the whole day—both indoors and outdoors—watching water skiers, wakeboarders, passing boats, and the changing colors on the rippling water with the setting sun in the background. Moreover, the penthouse is a short distance from the North Sea beach. This modern home has a spacious living area of 155 m² and is equipped for 6 people.

The entryway leads to two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds, and two spacious, modern bathrooms—one with a bathtub, double sink, and toilet, and the other with a shower, sink, and toilet. The attractively decorated living room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. Thanks to the many windows all around, the view from the living room and kitchen is endless. From the living room, you also have access to the lovely south-facing sun terrace, with comfortable garden furniture and 2 lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the view until late in the evening. The spacious, modern kitchen features a cooking island and high-quality built-in appliances, including a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a filter coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto, and a Nespresso machine. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

There is ample parking available at the apartment for multiple cars. A charger for your electric car is also available (upon request and for a fee).
