The house has a cosy living room on the first floor with an adjacent large terrace at the back: the place to relax together after a day at the beach or water fun. At the front, there are beautiful views over the water and the harbour of the Beach Resort. The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor and all have a comfortable double bed, making room for the whole family. There are two modern bathrooms, one with infrared sauna

This beautiful and detached holiday home combines cosiness with luxury and comfort on a cosy holiday park with many facilities.

You can enjoy the garden, terrace and balcony to the full. The terrace invites you to long summer evenings and cosy dinners. On the balcony with lounge set you will find a quiet place to relax with a book or a glass of wine while the sun slowly sets.

The property is located at the Beach Resort park with many facilities, including playgrounds, a restaurant, bowling and cafeteria. There is also a swimming pool you can use (for a fee). A beach belongs to the park: the Sophiastrand on the Oosterschelde. The North Sea beach De Banjaard is easy to reach by bike.

In the immediate vicinity, you can sail, surf, supper or simply swim on both the North Sea and Veerse Meer lakes. For nature lovers, Oosterschelde National Park is a paradise of peace and beauty, while the nearby villages and towns provide cosy pavement cafes, Zeeland's regional products and an authentic atmosphere.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
