Completed in 2020, this highly energy-efficient villa is truly a picture! You enter the house via a large staircase at the front. The spacious entrance hall provides access to the luxurious, open (living) kitchen equipped with all the modern quality appliances you would expect. Think of a large hob, ice maker, coffee machine and steam oven. You can dine with your guests until late in the evening at the spacious dining table or enjoy an aperitif on the balcony terrace in the evening sun. On this floor you will also find a spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet and cloakroom.
