The historic cities such as Goes, Middelburg, Zierikzee and Vlissingen are within easy reach for a cultural outing or for some great shopping. A visit to Veere and Vrouwenpolder is also worthwhile! In the period May to September you can use the foot/cycle ferry between Kamperland and Veere. Furthermore, you can walk through the nature reserves and make beautiful bike rides through the polder landscape.
