In a beautiful location and adjacent to the national park De Oosterschelde is this atmospheric and modern furnished double holiday house with a sunny terrace on the southwest side. The house is furnished for 6 persons and is located in the second row, within walking distance to the beach. The special: In this house the living room is located on the 1st floor and offers on one side a wonderful view of the sea, the marina and the Oosterschelde and on the other side the extensive estates of North-Beveland. In summer the bedrooms on the ground floor are pleasantly cool. The house is located in one of the quietest parts of the park and is not only the perfect location for a relaxing but also active holiday.

The holiday home has 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Luxurious Ecodown bed sets provide additional sleeping comfort. One bedroom has a double bed, the second is equipped with two single beds and the third with a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, a bathroom with double washbasin, toilet and rain shower and a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and rain shower. There is also a separate guest toilet on the upper floor.

The stairs lead up to the beautiful living room. There is a large flat screen digital TV with SMART-tv and extra German TV channels, a radio CD player with USB & Bluetooth function and a mobile phone Qi station. Furthermore there is an extra enlarged balcony with comfortable balcony furniture, parasol and 2 sunbeds. After a wonderful day on the beach, you can enjoy an endless view of the adjacent nature reserve until the sun sets on the horizon.

The open kitchen offers combi microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Especially Frahling lovers get their money's worth and can choose between a capsule coffee machines (Caffissimo), a Pad Senseo coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are available in the storage room. Also for the grill fun is provided! In the garden there is a picnic table with benches and a large grill.

The property has two parking spaces and a charging station with cardsystem for your electric car!

If you spend your holiday in this park, you don't actually need a car. The park offers amenities like a small supermarket, a restaurant and even a subtropical swimming paradise (for a fee) with water fun for the whole family. The fine sandy beach is only a few minutes walk away.
