Three unique farmhouses have been built in the middle of the Noord-Beveland polder landscape, one of them is available for rent. It is a 6-person house on Groeneweg 4, located directly on the inlays of the Oosterschelde National Park with a beach on the Oosterschelde. The house offers a panoramic view over the Noord-Beveland polder, which is wonderful to enjoy at any time of the year.
Within 5 minutes you are also on the banks of the Veerse Meer and the Banjaard with the cleanest beach in the Netherlands. The many cycle paths along the island along the coastline offer plenty of opportunities to enjoy the most beautiful views.
The fantastically bright living room with cozy fireplace and open kitchen is beautifully decorated. At the dining table it is wonderful to recover after a long walk. Furthermore, the house is equipped with a flat screen TV. The house provides 2 bathrooms, both with washbasin and a walk-in shower. There are also two separate toilets one downstairs and one upstairs. The house has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a twin bed and two on the first floor with 2 single beds each.
In front of the house is a beautiful ornamental garden with terrace, where a comfortable garden set is waiting for you. On the side of the house is a covered terrace with a garden shed for your bikes. Behind the house is a beautiful lawn with built-in trampoline for children to play. On several terraces around the house you can enjoy after a day of cycling with a drink from the view over the polder.
There is a washing machine in the utility room. Next to the house is space to park two cars.
Your pet is welcome in this property!

Door het slechte weer hebben we niet kunnen genieten van de grote tuin en de serre met eettafel.
De locatie is perfect, alleen maar natuur waneer je uit het raam kijkt en de locatie afloopt. Zeer dichtbij het strand Ane ook bij een aantal winkel waar je boodschappen kunt doen. Kortom Wij hebben genoten!
