Marinuswerf 24 is a detached and cozy holiday home for 6 people. The property is located at a short distance from the Veerse Meer and the marina. All recreational facilities that the Veerse Meer offers are at your feet. From Marinuswerf you can cycle to the North Sea beach in 15 minutes.

The living room with open kitchen is nicely decorated. The garden doors give access to the dense, sheltered garden and terrace with comfortable garden furniture. In the living room you will find a sitting area with a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with a separate freezer.

On the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a pull-out bed. The bathroom has a shower, bath, sink and toilet. In the hall there is a guest toilet. The house has a storage room with a washing machine.

There is parking space for two cars in front of the house. In the green garden there is an authentic water well, which can also be used as a barbecue. The garden is completely fenced and has a garden shed, which can be used as storage for the bikes.

A pet is welcome.
