This modern cozy house with its own jetty is unique and has a breath-taking view over the lake and the town of Veere. The terrace borders the banks of the Veerse Meer. From here you walk to the water. You literally have the swimming-, surfing- and sailing area at your doorstep. The terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and two sunbeds.

From the living room and open kitchen you have a panoramic view over the lake and the old town Veere. Every season has its own charm here. Due to the dynamics of wind and weather, sun and shade and the changing temperament of the water, the colors of the lake and the sky sometimes change in a few hours. You can cycle to the North Sea beach in 15 minutes. The living room has a flat screen and a gas fireplace. The modern open kitchen is equipped with all comforts and has, among other things, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a combi-microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is an extra freezer in the storage room.

In the hall is a guest toilet and a storage room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. The bedroom on the lake side has a twin bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink from where you have a panoramic view over the Veerse Meer and the town of Veere. One bedroom has two single beds and the bedroom at the side of the marina has a double bed. On the first floor is a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a parking space in front of the house.
